Shake Down Your Ashes: Releasing June 17, 2014
Sometimes it’s a pleasant surprise when a story comes together as quickly as Shake Down Your Ashes. Good news for you is that it will be releasing early on June 17. So make sure you watch your inboxes for the release email to get your copy of this historical novella. In case you missed it, we met our hero and heroine earlier this month on the blog. Discover their secrets on June 17.
Ready to be a spy?
I can’t believe it’s happening this week all ready! Who is ready to be a spy? Follow me on social media while I endure a five day writing marathon for To Save a Viscount from June 18 through June 22. When you see me post a word count, be sure to like it, share it, or favorite it. You’ll be entered to have a character named after you in To Save a Viscount. The winner will be randomly selected on Monday, June 23. So ask yourself, do you have what it takes to be a spy?
In the News: Syracuse school district gives away books
At the risk of showing my roots, I had to share this story. I come from the wonderful world of upstate New York, and it’s where my latest release is set. So tickle me happy when I saw this story about Scholastic’s gift to the Syracuse school district. Scholastic donated enough books and backpacks to give every child from kindergarten through 5th grade a backpack filled with 10 books. What I wouldn’t give to have that when I was in elementary school! I didn’t even have a library card, because where I lived, there wasn’t a library. But that’s awesome for the kindergarten through 5th graders in Syracuse. I hope they gave you some good reads!
The Week in Social Media: Matthew Thatcher and size does matter
We can’t be on every social media site everyday (although you should be June 18 through June 22), so here are some snippets from this week in social media.
Size does matter.
